Shipping policy
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100 and a $10 flat rate for orders below $100.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our San Francisco distribution center or directly from our domestic and international brand partners.
We ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days once dispatched.
All duties and taxes are covered, so there are no additional fees upon delivery.
Multiple Shipments and Tracking
Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, along with tracking updates, so you know when to expect each delivery.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time due to unique transportation and handling requirements.
We currently do not offer shipping outside the U.S.
